BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, AS WELL AS DURING THE WEEK!

DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing.
• You must be willing to respect leadership and work together to provide quality care to all residents, and perform all duties needed to keep a clean and orderly environment for all residents, co-workers and visitors!
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Ensure patient safety and well-being by following proper infection control procedures and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times.
• Assist with end-of-life care for hospice patients.

You must be dependable and have transportation to get to and from work! If you are on the schedule, you must be at work; excessive call-ins are not acceptable.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is required.
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and procedures.
