Key Responsibilities:

Fulfill the personalized plan of care set by the agency director Assist with ADLs (ex. nutrition, exercise, companionship) Establish rapport with clients and their families Drive to all assigned shifts on-time Record and report all session notes to the office Bring the peace of mind needed to keep seniors in their homes We are actively building a strong caregiver team for ongoing and future client needs. This is a Part-Time position, but consistent and reliable caregivers will be offered more hours as cases become available.
