Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to join our team! As a Live-In Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to a client for a 24-hour period, morning to morning. During each 24-hour period, you will have 8 hours of on-site personal time, which includes uninterrupted sleep time. We are looking for local caregivers who have their own living accommodations. This is not a full-time room and board replacement. There will be other Live-In caregivers helping each client, with 3 or 4 Live-In day assignments. This approach provides excellent income and balanced personal time.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Preform ADLs Activities of Daily Living including meal prep and light housekeeping, run errands and occasional transportation. Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Provide safety and security measures to prevent falls and injuries

Friendly Companionship Requirements:

1+ year of caregiver experience; High school diploma or equivalent required; Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods; Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
