We are looking for mission-driven, professional, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Supported Living Staff. In this role, you will work directly with individuals in their homes and communities to help them navigate daily life and reach their personal goals.
Duties Daily Living Skills:
Providing prompts and assistance with basic grooming, such as brushing teeth, hair care, and dressing.
Household Support:
Helping individuals maintain a clean living environment, including room organization and laundry tasks.
Social & Communication Skills:
Supporting individuals in learning appropriate social interactions and building communication skills for community and workplace success.
Community Integration:
Facilitating involvement in community activities, such as visits to the library, local parks, or recreational centers.
Goal Implementation:
Working on specific objectives outlined in the individual's support strategy to foster independence.
Requirements/Qualifications Reliable Personal Vehicle:
Must have a dependable vehicle to transport individuals to various community activities, appointments, and outings.
Valid Documentation:
Must possess a current driver's license, valid vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance.
Insurance Minimums:
Bodily injury limits must meet NES minimum requirements (typically $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence). Commitment to
