This is a hands-on role involving the full product lifecycle: formulation, regulatory compliance, compounding, quality testing, and documentation. What You'll Do Formulate and reformulate new R D products with a focus on quality and compliance (training provided) Compound products by weighing, heating, mixing, and measuring raw materials with precision Perform QA testing on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Log batch records and maintain accurate documentation Assist with sourcing raw materials Keep lab equipment, tools, and workspaces clean and organized Follow all safety and production protocols to maintain a smooth, compliant operation What We're Looking For Familiarity with the scientific method and how to apply it in a hands-on setting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Punctual, reliable and accountable Problem solving & research skills Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills Previous cosmetic compounding, lab, or manufacturing experience preferred ( training provided as needed ) Why Join Us $14.50/hr starting pay with growth opportunities Flexible schedule On the job training Discounted clean, sustainable skincare A supportive team environment in a growing company
