THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION AND IS ONLY PART-TIME

(10-20 hrs a week). We have one shift available which includes both mornings and afternoons:

• Mon, Tues, Fri
• Mornings from 9am to about 1pm
• Mon, Tues, Friday Afternoon 3-4:30ish (this part would be remote once you are trained) About us Circle and Square decor is a family owned and operated small business. We create personalized home and wedding decor pieces for customers around the world, while making the world we all live in a better place. Each customer order has a purpose
• we donate a portion of order proceeds to a different charity every month.

Saturday hours are available during our busy seasons (Fall/Winter). Snacks and stocked lunchroom are provided every day. You'll be a good fit for our Team if: You're a computer savvy person (savvy as in, good at figuring out how to navigate a website well and good at figuring out/catching on to learning new programs) Quick Keyboard Typer Detail Oriented Good communicator and conflict resolution skills Good at asking questions when instructions/specifications are not clear. Looking for a year-round position Main Responsibilities Take care of our customers via email and chat by providing excellent quality and fast service.

Duties include:

answering product questions, and helping someone with their custom project (custom work is our specialty). Answer customer questions on our social media platforms Communicate with warehouse team on late or orders with changes. Commit to a shift and arrive on time. Additional Responsibilities Flexible to do other tasks if needed to keep everything running smooth. We're all a team and help each other out in getting things done! Whether that be helping organize supplies, create shipping labels, fulfill physical orders, etc. Position Qualifications Hard worker and flexibility in schedule Must be able to read and comprehend English instructions on orders. Must be able to communicate and work well with team. Must have a natural inclination with using computers. Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes. Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal. Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas. Pay is DOE. Experience is preferred but not required!
