Job Description

Do you have a heart for serving others? Our House Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Caregiver to join our team. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to hear from you!
Position:
Part-Time Flexible scheduling CNA Preferred (experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply)
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience Night shift differential (when applicable) Weekend differential Opportunities for additional hours and career growth
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Assist with meals and encourage resident independence whenever possible Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests Monitor residents' well-being and report concerns to the nursing team Complete accurate documentation Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents
Qualifications:
CNA certification preferred Previous caregiving or assisted living experience is a plus Compassionate, dependable, and patient Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently while providing exceptional resident care Must be able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
