Competitive hourly pay based on experience About Us Bright Days LLC Home Care Services is a compassionate, non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and adults maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking caring, dependable, and experienced Certified Caregivers to join our growing team. Position Summary We are looking for experienced caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional in-home care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, professional, and committed to treating every client with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide medication reminders (non-medical). Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention. Accompany clients to appointments and community outings as needed. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor. Maintain accurate daily care documentation. Follow individualized care plans and agency policies. Qualifications Current certification as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or equivalent caregiver certification. Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving experience preferred. Current CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Authorized to work in the United States. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
