Personal Care Aide (PCA) Chantilly Heights, located in Chantilly, VA Full-Time & Part-Time | ALL Shifts Available We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our premier memory care facility. The PCA provides hands-on assistance and meaningful support to residents while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide meal assistance. Engage residents in activities and meaningful conversation. Observe and report changes in residents condition. Follow care plans and safety procedures. Provide compassionate care to residents living with dementia.
Qualifications:
Previous senior living, memory care, or caregiving experience. PCA certification required. Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
