Scheduling Coordinator/Personal Care Aide

Job Description

Experience only need to apply for this office position please. In a Personal Care settings you may fulfill administrative duties, such as creating reports and answering phones. You will speak with clients, and/or manage timesheets. You will be responsible for scheduling PCA's, CNA's for clients on a daily and weekly basis. You will also be responsible for hiring employees to ensure that your schedule is complete at all times. Experience candidates ONLY. A Scheduling Coordinators/Personal Care Aide generally need strong organizational skills. Employers typically lay strong emphasis on computer and clerical proficiency, which may apply to secretarial aspects of the job, such as answering phones, typing, and using scheduling software. Since this position entails dealing with the public, communication and customer service skills are also important. Just like Home Healthcare prefer applicants with previous experience in the Personal Care field and Home Health Care field for scheduling. If you have had any training in any of the electronical clocking in and out systems, this would be a plus. Thank you!
