Job Summary We are seeking a caring and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support from August 21st to August 25th in,. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by delivering personalized care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about caregiving and eager to support individuals with varying needs in their homes or community settings. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Support patient observation and monitor health status, including vital signs and overall well-being. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning. Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. Provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or social activities. Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Use proper patient transfer methods and manual handling techniques, including Hoyer lifts if necessary. Qualifications Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and neurodevelopmental disorders is advantageous. Ability to observe and document patient conditions accurately; experience with patient monitoring is a plus. Strong skills in personal care assistance and assisting with ADLs; familiarity with patient transfer methods and manual handling. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are beneficial. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays is desirable.
