Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction. Providing medication reminders as directed by the care plan. Assisting with mobility and activities of daily living. Performing light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe home. Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and activities. Encouraging activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Communicating important changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate team member. Following each client's individualized care plan and Caring Senior Service policies.
