Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Caregivers! 12-Hour Shifts Are you an experienced caregiver who is passionate about helping seniors live with dignity, independence, and compassion? We are a growing company dedicated to providing exceptional care in our senior residential homes and private homes. We are looking for caring, experienced individuals who are committed to treating every client like family. What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care while supporting clients with their daily needs, including: Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Providing companionship and meaningful engagement Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Medication reminders Running errands and providing transportation to appointments Promoting each client's independence, dignity, and quality of life Working as part of a supportive caregiving team Qualifications Three (3) or more years of caregiving experience preferred Experience in a nursing home, assisted living, group home, or home health setting preferred Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia is a plus CPR certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while providing exceptional client care Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional Must be available to work every other weekend What We Offer Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 for qualified caregivers Full-time and part-time positions 12-hour shifts Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees Supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement A rewarding career where your work truly changes lives Join the Senior Home Share Family At Senior Home Share, we believe caregiving is more than a job—it's a calling.
