  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, particularly those with long-term care needs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and be part of a dynamic and rewarding environment.
  • Duties:
  • Provide patient care and support, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, with the ability to cook simple meals when needed.
  • Assist with household chores and laundry to maintain a clean and organized living space.
  • Provide transportation and escort residents to appointments and activities.
  • Offer social work support and engage in conversation to help residents feel comfortable and valued.
  • Observe patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to management.
  • Develop a rapport with residents, understanding their individual needs and preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience working in home care settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, transfer, and move residents as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of patient care practices.
  • Experience with cooking simple meals and household chores.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals.
