Job Description
We are urgently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide exceptional support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities and personal care. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment for those they serve. •Caregiver must be ok working with cats and dog, and have their own transportation
•Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patient condition through vigilant observation of vital signs, behavioral changes, and overall health status Support clients with medication reminders following prescribed protocols while maintaining accurate medical documentation Maintain strict adherence to home healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and confidentiality standards Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment Respond promptly to client needs during emergencies by applying first aid or basic life support (BLS) techniques as required Accompany to medical appointments, run errands, and to social events. Skills Proven experience working with elderly or disabled individuals in assisted living or home healthcare settings Knowledge of medical terminology, medication reminders, and vital signs monitoring Excellent patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior early on Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines Physical stamina for lift assistance up to 50 lbs, preventing falls or hazards Knowledge of home health care assistance regulations and best practices in senior care and community-based services Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us in delivering compassionate care that truly makes a difference! Pay:
$13.50 - $14.50 per hour
