Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated ASAP Caregiver to join our team in. This vital role involves providing exceptional, personalized care during 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Duties Deliver patient personal care assistance, including help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for any changes in health status or behavior Assist with medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations Support residents with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and patient transfer methods Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as required Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols Document patient observations, care activities, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Skills Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or in senior care settings such as assisted living or nursing homes Strong knowledge of patient observation, monitoring vital signs, medication administration, and emergency procedures like CPR and first aid Familiarity with care plans, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, hospice care, and home health services Ability to assist with manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and patient transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Experience working within HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy Capable of managing multiple responsibilities such as meal preparation, personal transportation assistance, and assisting with ADLs in a compassionate manner Join us to provide meaningful support that empowers individuals to live comfortably at home.
