• 25 per hour, based on experience Flexible scheduling, including every weekend or every-other-weekend Immediate openings available Consistent weekend opportunities for dependable caregivers 24/7 support from our dedicated care team Local cases in Richmond, Moseley, Midlothian and surrounding areas A great opportunity for caregivers with weekday commitments or those looking for supplemental income What You'll Do As a caregiver with Trove Home Care, you'll provide compassionate, dependable support that helps our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Depending on your experience, training, and certifications, responsibilities may include: Companion & Daily Living Support Driving clients to appointments and errands Providing medication reminders Preparing meals and assisting with cooking Performing light housekeeping Providing companionship and supportive care Personal Care Caregivers with the appropriate certifications, such as CNA, PCA, or HHA , may also provide hands-on assistance with: Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Feeding Mobility and ambulation Bathing Transfers between beds and chairs Toileting and incontinence care What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care. CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation Reliable and committed to working scheduled weekend hours All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and MVR screening.
