Birch Gardens in Staunton, VA is seeking compassionate and dedicated DCAs/Caregivers. DCAs provide help to our residents. In this role, you will provide care services to residents while maintaining their safety and comfort.

Additional responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Supporting Residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being Helping out as needed in the Resident Services area to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our Residents Follow all policies and procedures, adhering to instructions of Administrator Follow all policies and procedures, adhering to instructions of Administrator Assist Residents with their ADL's and the administration of their medications Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all Residents while following company policies and procedures Follow Medication Administration Records (MAR) and doctors' orders (as applicable)

Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak and read in English
• Experience with senior population
• An abiding love of seniors is mandatory
• Extremely reliable, dependable, and observant
