Assists clients with daily tasks including bathing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping; may also provide transportation for appointments and errands. These roles do not always require formal certification.

Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be willing to travel throughout our service area.
Qualifications:
Active PCA, HHA, or CNA certification Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle Ability to speak, read, and write English Compassionate, dependable, professional, and able to work independently Previous home care (non-family) or healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and errands Document care provided and report changes in client condition Complete required annual training and follow each client's individualized care plan Applicants must successfully pass all required background screenings, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position. We are seeking caregivers available to work approximately 20-40 hours per week who are passionate about providing dependable, person-centered care.
