Duties Supervise individuals during meals, naps, outings, and daily routines to ensure safety at all times Administer basic first aid and CPR in emergency situations following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Support Individuals with behavior management strategies to foster positive social interactions and emotional growth Assist with care routines such as feeding and developmental milestones Experience Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in mandated reporting laws is preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing young minds and supporting families through compassionate caregiving.
