Key Responsibilities Support clients with daily living activities to promote independence at home Provide personal care services Assist with mobility, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises Plan and prepare meals; assist with feeding as needed Maintain a safe and organized home environment Offer companionship and respite support for families Qualifications CNA, PCA, or HHA certification Experience working with individuals living with dementia A strong commitment to providing high‑quality, compassionate care High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation Previous in‑home care or senior‑living experience is preferred

Compensation:
