Overview We are seeking a dedicated Live-in Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home support to clients in, from August 21 to August 25. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those needing personalized care and assistance. The ideal candidate will be energetic, compassionate, and highly skilled in delivering comprehensive patient care within a home setting. Responsibilities Provide attentive personal care assistance, including help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' conditions closely, noting changes in health status and reporting findings accurately Assist with medication administration and manage medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems Support patients with medical procedures such as catheter care, vital signs measurement, and basic life support when necessary Facilitate safe patient transfers utilizing proper patient transfer methods and equipment like Hoyer lifts Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and home healthcare standards Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld Qualifications Proven experience working as a caregiver in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home healthcare environments Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory care needs Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and record keeping Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts Certified in first aid, CPR, and basic life support (BLS) with current certification preferred Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Prior live-in employment experience is highly desirable for this role Join us to provide compassionate care that empowers clients to maintain independence and dignity in their homes.
