Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking skilled caregiver of dementia care and personal care for a client couple in Underhill, VT. HOURS- Every other Sat 8a-8pm (and per diem fill in as needed if you can do) Responsibilities Provide dementia care to a client couple Provide personal care to client couple Incontinence care Med reminders Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, cooking and mobility support. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols. Maintain open communication with family members regarding patient progress and any concerns. Skills Proficiency in memory care techniques Reliability and good coworker communications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering trust and rapport with patients and families. A compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with dementia.
