We are hiring a part-time Female Caregiver for our beautiful Adult Family Home in Battle Ground, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and enjoys supporting independent women with intellectual disabilities in a safe, welcoming home environment. This position is ideal for a caregiver who values resident dignity, enjoys meaningful interaction, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, calm, and supportive household. Our 6 female residents ranging in ages from 27 to 73 have requested a female caregiver, and we are looking for someone who can provide attentive care and dependable support with daily routines. The home is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Orchards or Ridgefield and 25 minutes from Vancouver or Woodland. Training starts at $20.50 per hour and increases to $21 per hour after all training is complete.

The ideal candidate will be able to support both the personal and social needs of residents while maintaining high care standards. Must have some caregiving experience Must be at least 18 years old Our female residents have requested a female caregiver Must have a Washington State ID Must live no more than 25 minutes from our Battle Ground, WA home Must have a dependable car Must always be on time Must be a nonsmoker because there is no smoking on the property Must be able to use an iPhone or iPad Must have good handwriting Must communicate well with residents' job coaches, families, and transportation providers such as CVan Must be comfortable working with independent ladies with intellectual disabilities Must be able to help create a positive, safe, and relaxing atmosphere Must be comfortable helping maintain a clean and tidy home, including bathrooms, laundry, and meal preparation Must follow a fragrance-free environment policy; no perfumes, scented lotions, or strong deodorant Must maintain professionalism and focus on resident care, safety, and compliance with state regulations Must pass the background/fingerprint check This is a part-time day shift position of 26.5 hours per week.

Regular set schedule:

Thursday's 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM Friday's 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM Saturday's 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM The caregiver must also be able to work holidays/birthday (time and a half) and occasional overnights, typically 1 to 3 nights in a row without leaving the home, when coverage is needed a few times per year.
