Our caregivers provide high-quality, in-home care assistance, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting). Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning. Prepare meals and assist with feeding. Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning). Provide companionship and emotional support. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Assist with medication reminders and administration as per the care plan. Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Update daily the caregiver log checklist and during shift pass off.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR), Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), Home Care Aide (HCA), or equivalent experience. Ability to follow care plans and perform caregiving duties and CPR certified, BLS and Food Handlers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, compassionate, and patient. Ability to pass a background check.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certified as NAR, NAC, HCA, or equivalent caregiving experience. Previous experience in a caregiving role
REQUIRED.
Shift:
Client 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm-6pm Client 2: Monday Wednesday Friday 2pm-6pm Client 3: Friday 12pm-2pm Client 4: Everyday 8am-1pm (break unpaid 1pm-4pm) 4:30pm- 8:30pm Client 5: Tuesday Thursday 10am-2pm
