About the Role As a CNA, HCA, or caregiver you'll provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes—assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and supporting overall well-being. This role is ideal for someone who finds meaning in helping others navigate life's transitions and is committed to delivering respectful, high-quality care. Job Duties Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and ambulation comfortable using public transportation options to get clients to appointments, errands, and social activities Prepare meals and support clients with grocery shopping or household errands Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment Offer emotional support, companionship, and a reassuring presence to clients Qualifications Active Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred Available for consistent shifts and client assignments. Specialized training in dementia, Alzheimer's, or geriatrics preferred, not required Driver++ (Drive client in your car) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $21.25 to $24.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and region)
