Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable individual to provide hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for clients who require support to maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care:
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
Mobility Support:
Help with transfers, ambulation, use of mobility aids, and fall‑prevention practices.
Meal Assistance:
Support with meal preparation, feeding, hydration, and dietary needs.
Medication Reminders:
Ensure clients take medications on schedule (no administration unless certified).
Household Tasks:
Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Companionship:
Provide emotional support, conversation, and engagement in meaningful activities.
Observation, Documentation & Reporting:
Monitor changes in physical or emotional condition, document as appropriate and report concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Genuine compassion and patience when working with older adults or individuals with disabilities Experience with ADL support preferred but not required (training available) Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with mobility safely Strong communication skills and reliability CPR/First Aid certification NAR required, HCA/CNA preferred
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Negative TB testing required
