We are seeking a caregiver who can communicate comfortably in Vietnamese with clients and their families and provide high-quality, respectful care that helps individuals remain safe and independent in their own homes. Position Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on care according to each client's individual care plan Assist with activities of daily living, including: Personal hygiene and grooming Bathing and dressing Toileting and incontinence care Mobility and transfers Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Companionship and social engagement Communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking clients and family members Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs Maintain accurate care documentation and required timekeeping/EVV records Follow all care plans, company policies, and safety procedures Maintain client dignity, privacy, independence, and respect at all times Qualifications Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, HCA, or similar experience preferred Fluent or conversational Vietnamese required Ability to communicate effectively in English for documentation, training, and communication with the care team Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes as assigned Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive care team Washington State caregiver credentials or willingness to complete required training and certification Why Join Happy Quest Home Care?
