Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes or community settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to resident rights and the ability to monitor patients effectively. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting changes in their condition. Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of each client. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for seniors. Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Lift and transfer clients safely, using appropriate techniques to prevent injury. Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' rights at all times. Experience Previous experience in senior care, home health, or community care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and care plans is advantageous. A background in nursing or related healthcare fields is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
