Full Job Description Job Overview:

No Worries Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to enhance lives through high-quality, person-centered care delivered with empathy, respect, and professionalism. This role is critical in improving the well-being and daily functioning of clients, especially older adults who may require additional support due to age-related conditions. Ideal candidates have experience in caregiving and either hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential, or are willing to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting). Support mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed. Prepare meals and ensure nutritional needs are met, including special dietary requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping. Foster social engagement and companionship to promote emotional well-being. Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence. Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance. Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to healthcare providers or family members. Provide supportive care for geriatric clients, including those with age-related illnesses such as dementia, arthritis, or mobility impairments. Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure coordinated, personalized care.

Qualifications :

At least one year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, nursing homes, assisted living, etc.). CNA or HCA credential preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of patient observation and reporting techniques. Experience working with elderly clients is a strong plus. Ability to work independently with professionalism and reliability. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
