Job Description

Welcome Home Care, LLC is seeking a full-time Caregiver Recruitment & Retention Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in recruiting, hiring, supporting, and retaining quality caregivers who provide meaningful care to seniors and individuals in our community. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, people-focused, and able to follow through with urgency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay:
$25-$27+/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Full-time Benefits:
PTO, sick pay, medical insurance, vision, 401(k), wellness program.
Responsibilities include:
Recruiting and hiring caregivers Managing job postings and applicant communication Screening applicants and coordinating interviews Supporting onboarding and hiring documentation Tracking caregiver compliance, training, and employment requirements Supporting caregiver retention and engagement Assisting with employee relations, corrective action, and terminations Maintaining accurate HR and employee records Working closely with leadership to meet staffing needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred HR experience preferred Healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and follow through Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Why Join Welcome Home Care?
