NorthCare Assisted Living is looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Washington. We provide person-centered care in a supportive, home-like environment where residents and staff feel valued and respected.

Shifts:

NOC (10pm

• 6am), DAY (6am
• 2pm), SWING (2pm
• 10pm)

Schedule:

Full-time or Part Time What You'll Do Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating). Support residents with dignity, respect, and kindness. Encourage resident participation in daily activities and engagement opportunities. Assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures. What We're Looking For Compassionate and dependable team players who genuinely enjoy helping others Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years old CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's permits required within 14 days of hire Home Care Aide (HCA) certification preferred (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
