Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support individuals with dementia in a Memory Care setting
• Offer direct support in various daily tasks
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals like nurses to ensure the well-being of residents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic caregiving practices and techniques
• Certification in first aid is a plus
