Job Description

Caregiver Position - Adult Family Home (Spokane Valley, WA) Are you a compassionate, reliable caregiver looking for a meaningful role in a home-like environment? Heaven's Hands Adult Family Home , a small, nurse-owned adult family home in Spokane Valley, is seeking a caregiver to join our team. We serve a maximum of 5 residents, allowing for more personalized care.
Schedule:
Every Sunday/Monday/Tuesday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (36 hours/week). Awake shift. If you are unavailable Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 7PM-7AM, please do not apply.

$22 per hour

Responsibilities:
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, etc.) Administer medications (following nurse delegation) Provide companionship and engage in enriching activities Monitor and document resident health status Assist with transfers and mobility (must be able to safely lift) Communicate professionally with families and team members Cleaning/housekeeping Must be comfortable working alone
Requirements:
Active HCA, NAC, or NAR Nurse delegation certification (or willingness to obtain) Mental Health and Dementia certifications (or willingness to obtain) First Aid/CPR certification (required within 30 days of hire) Experience with dementia care Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation to Greenacres, WA 99016 (we're on a bus line) How to
