Pay:
Starting at $21/hour Responsibilities Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to residents Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with meals, meal preparation, and feeding as needed Provide medication assistance according to training and delegation requirements Complete resident safety checks and provide appropriate supervision Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Complete laundry, housekeeping, and other daily household responsibilities Follow individual resident care plans and management instructions Accurately document care, changes in condition, and shift activities Communicate effectively with other caregivers and management during shift changes Respond appropriately to resident needs, behaviors, and emergencies Work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of resident care Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Compassionate and patient Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to communicate professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and management Comfortable working 12-hour shifts Willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends Committed to providing quality care and treating residents with dignity and respect Why Join River Rock?
