Job Description
Caregivers at Wheatland Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others. Schedule:
Part-time in Memory Care, working Sundays & Mondays from 6:00 am- 2:00 pm and available to cover other AM shifts when needed Full-time in Assisted Living, working 3 days from 2:00 pm
- 10:00 pm AND 2 days from 10:00 pm
- 6:00am Must have weekend and holiday availability
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred but not required. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus. CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire. Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
