$17-$23.50/hour, based on experience and shift

Schedule Options:

Full-Time:

32-40 hrs/wk

Part-Time:

under 24 hrs/wk

Casual:

4 shifts/month (2 must be weekend)

Part-time NOC (every other weekend + 1 night/week) Part-Time & Full-Time AM Part-Time & Full-Time PM About the Role As a Resident Assistant at The Classic at Hillcrest Greens, you'll help residents with daily living activities and be a trusted, familiar face in their day. You'll work alongside our nursing team to keep residents safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. What You'll Do Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities Monitor and document changes in residents' health or behavior Provide companionship and emotional support Support medication management and administration Help keep the living environment clean and safe Work closely with nursing staff and healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For Required:
