Live-In Caregiver Team Position (2 positions open) Couples Encouraged to Apply | Adult Family Home | Flexible Scheduling +
Wellness Stipend Position Overview:
We operate an adult family home providing supportive living for two young-adult individuals in the IDD population. We're seeking a dedicated couple, or two individuals, to join our 24/7 care team in a live-in capacity.
The Role:
Work alongside a partner in a two-person care team.
Flexible Scheduling:
Four caregivers share monthly coverage. While 7-days on/7-days off rhythm is common, the teams determine their own schedule to ensure full coverage.
Key Duties:
Meal prep/service, medication management and administration, transportation (company vehicle provided), general supervision, enrichment activities, and hands-on personal care.
Scope of Care:
Candidates should be comfortable with the full spectrum of caregiving, including behavioral support protocols. Comprehensive training is provided.
What We Offer:
Room and Board included: Private accommodation, shared bathroom.
Compensation:
Paid daily rate, distributed monthly
Wellness Stipend:
Up to $125/month for personal health and wellness (e.g., massages, chiropractic care, gym memberships, therapy, etc.)

Eligibility for state health insurance & tax exemptions (not offered through the AFH)
Autonomy:
Freedom to coordinate your own schedule with the team

Ideal Candidates:
Experience with IDD population considered a plus but not required. Comfortable with live-in arrangements and overnight supervision. Physically capable of hands-on care. Self-directed and able to collaborate on team scheduling. Couples encouraged to apply (both partners considered).
