Job Description
Lead In‑Home Caregiver - Appleton, WI $16.50/hour
• Paid Sleep Time
• Flexible Full‑ or Part‑Time Hours A disabled person living in the Appleton area, is looking for a reliable caregiver to assist with daily living tasks in their home. This is a one‑on‑one position with flexible scheduling across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights, that is low‑stress. You will be hired directly by the client under self‑direction.
Shifts Available Friday:
4 PM - Saturday 2
PM Saturday:
2 PM - Sunday 8 AM Both awake and sleep hours are paid. Overtime applies when eligible. Responsibilities Trach suctioning & ventilator support overnight (training provided) Companionship and conversation Meal/snack preparation Assist with sit‑to‑stand transfers Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying) Support with hygiene and dressing Requirements Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle Able to pass a WI caregiver background check Dependable, honest, and comfortable in a smoke‑free home No experience needed — paid training included
Pay:
From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 25.0 per week
