PM Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:00
PM Starting Wage:
$17.00/hour Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in someone's day? SilverLeaf Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our PM shift team. As a PCW, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing the support, encouragement, and care they need to enjoy a safe and fulfilling lifestyle. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, person-centered care to assisted living residents Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Support residents with meals, evening routines, and daily activities Encourage resident independence while providing assistance when needed Observe residents and report changes or concerns to appropriate team members Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and dependable individual Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide respectful and dignified care Willingness to support residents with their daily needs Must be 18 years of age or older
