If you enjoy precision, process, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each shift, this role is a great fit. A day in the life Start your shift by reviewing batch records and sequencing the steps for liquid fill lines. Verify the accuracy of pre-weighed materials and ingredients before they hit the tank. Carefully weigh and measure components; use agitators to blend liquids, solids, and powders to spec. Audit batches using calibrated scales and thermometers to confirm measurements and temperatures are on target. Safeguard product efficacy and purity through careful handling and adherence to procedures. Keep the compounding area safe, clean, and orderly; operate forklifts responsibly to move raw materials and finished goods. Interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals accurately. Document your work with clear, routine reports and communicate effectively with your team. Use basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals) to confirm formulas and yields. Apply practical problem-solving to follow detailed directions and resolve standard issues. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
