Duties Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote comfort and dignity Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are respected Manage medication reminders and help organize medical appointments to support health management Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Monitor safety hazards around the home and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents Document care activities, health changes, and any incidents accurately for ongoing communication with family members or healthcare providers Qualifications Prior experience in caregiving or personal assistance roles is preferred but not mandatory; a compassionate attitude is essential Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to individual care plans with flexibility Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, or assisting with mobility Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certifications are a plus but can be provided if necessary Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility for client safety and well-being Join us in creating a positive impact through dedicated care!
