- Friday Every other weekend Rotating Holidays Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; accurately document findings using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care Maintain a safe environment by following infection control practices for infectious disease care and working within hospital or outpatient clinic settings Experience CBRF Certifications Minimum of two years of experience A commitment to ongoing learning about infection control practices, healthcare approaches and techniques, and patient safety standards will help you excel in this role Join us in providing exceptional resident care by combining your caregiving skills with your passion for improving lives!
