  • FridayEvery other weekendRotating Holidays Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devicesMonitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; accurately document findings using EMR (Electronic Medical Records)Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocolsSupport patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory careMaintain a safe environment by following infection control practices for infectious disease care and working within hospital or outpatient clinic settings Experience CBRF CertificationsMinimum of two years of experienceA commitment to ongoing learning about infection control practices, healthcare approaches and techniques, and patient safety standards will help you excel in this role Join us in providing exceptional resident care by combining your caregiving skills with your passion for improving lives!
