Riverside Terrace We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living team on a Per Diem basis. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and support, helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving older adults, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and is committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment. Observe, report, and document changes in residents' physical, mental, and emotional conditions. Assist with meal service and provide dining support as needed. Encourage residents' independence while providing appropriate assistance. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance. Support resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interactions. Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team. Follow all infection prevention, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality guidelines. Complete required documentation accurately and timely.

Job Requirements:

Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and active listing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry. Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic computer and documentation skills Valid driver's license CPR Certification within 3 months of hire Must complete the required medication training course Maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality at all times. Works collaboratively with peers and all team members. Follows up promptly and thoroughly with appropriate staff, tenants, or other individuals regarding reported complaints, problems, and concerns.
