is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Supportive Care Companion to join their team in Monroe, WI. Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in a home care setting Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation as needed Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activitiesRequirements:
Previous experience in supportive In-Home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare support role preferred Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care Ability to pass a background check and meet state caregiving requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home setting CPR/First Aid certification is a plus CNA, not required but encouraged to applyBenefits
