As a Team Lead, you'll help make that happen while also supporting the individuals we serve in reaching their goals and becoming more independent. What You'll Do This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly alike.

You'll:

Provide direct support with daily living, personal care, life skills, and personal goals. Build genuine relationships with the individuals we support. Coach and encourage individuals as they develop independence, confidence, and new skills. Plan and participate in community outings and home-based activities. Help with meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and household needs. Help keep the home organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. Support coworkers by providing guidance, encouragement, and a positive example. Help ensure individual routines, plans, and goals are being followed. Communicate important information with the Residential Manager and team. Assist with training and mentoring new staff. Help ensure the home follows NHC policies, procedures, and DHS regulations. You'll work alongside an experienced Residential Manager and supportive team, so you won't be doing it alone. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to take an active role in the day-to-day success of the home while helping create a great experience for both the people we support and your coworkers. Typical schedule is from 3pm-10pm during the week, and every other weekend from 8am-8pm

Pay:

$15.20 - $19.00 per hour
