Job Description
Job Summary Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you care for, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities as well as other health challenges. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in clients' conditions through patient observation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols. Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies while adhering to first aid procedures when required. Skills Experience in caregiving or home health settings is preferred. Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively. Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities is advantageous. Strong observational skills for monitoring client conditions and reporting changes accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Valid Driver's License is required for this position Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve! -We are looking for full time, we have two positions available. The first position we have is Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm The second position we have available is EVERY weekend . Schedule alternates between 32 hours one week, working 7a-10p on Saturday and Sunday.
