Job Overview:
Provide compassionate personal and homemaker care services to clients in Franklin and surrounding areas with shifts that fit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mobility and safe transfers Support bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders and hospice/memory care support Social engagement and companionship Client transportation for appointments and errands Maintain clean and safe home environments
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year paid non-family caregiving experience Strong references and caregiving certification Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Clear background and drug screenings
Preferred Skills:
Dementia and memory care experience Familiarity operating medical equipment Comfort driving clients independently
