Competitive hourly wage $23-$25/hr for premium shifts $100 bonus awarded every 100 hours worked Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x rate Bonuses for client transportation and referrals PTO accrued on all hours worked Guaranteed weekend hours with priority scheduling Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid onboarding and training Scheduled pay increases at 30, 90 days, and annually
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mobility, transfers, hygiene, bathing, and dressing Prepare nutritious meals and support feeding Provide medication reminders and memory care assistance Engage clients socially; provide companionship Drive clients to appointments and errands safely Maintain cleanliness & safety in client homes
Qualifications:
At least 1 year paid caregiving experience (non-family) Valid caregiving certification with strong references Reliable transportation & valid driver's license Clear background check and drug screening
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with dementia and memory care Experience with medical equipment Comfortable driving clients independently to join our supportive caregiving team and start working this weekend!
